Running Training Programme

If you were to go on a training program would there be a need for more gaseous exchangege?
Also, how would this come about through training?
We are talking gymnastics and Running training.

What a weird way to word a question!
I’m not sure what you are asking exactly. Are you talking about breathing more heavily/deeply or passing wind (farting)? If you are exercising strenuously then you will breath deeper/harder, and stretching/flexing is almost bound to cause some extra flatulence (well it does to me – yoga and pilates especially).
